Valentine’s Day Delivery Notice (Feb 9 ~ Feb 15)
To ensure a smooth delivery experience, we kindly request that recipients make arrangements to be available during our delivery window between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM.
Same-Day Orders on Valentine’s Day
Due to high order volume, same-day delivery orders may experience delays. Deliveries are prioritized based on the order in which pre-orders are received. To avoid delays, We strongly recommend placing your order at least 3 days in advance or choosing in-store pickup at our shop.
House Deliveries
For mild weather, flowers may be left at the front door if no one is home. If temperatures drop below 3°C, flowers may be affected by freezing. Recipients will receive advance notifications for inclement weather and are kindly asked to be available. If delivery cannot be completed, re-delivery will be scheduled the next day with an additional fee.
Apartment & Condo Deliveries
Due to the high volume of Valentine’s Day deliveries, door-to-door service to individual units is not available for apartments and condos. Recipients will be required to meet the courier in the lobby. Where available, flowers will be left with the building concierge. For buildings without a concierge, please let us know in advance so we can notify the recipient of the delivery window and help prevent the flowers from being lost or stolen.
